At Oatey, we believe in not letting well enough alone. If we had, we would never have invented the patented "NO-CALK"" flashing, now the best selling roof pipe-vent flashing in the world. What works well today may not be good enough tomorrow.
That's why we continue to make a significant ongoing investment in engineering, testing, research and development. Not only do we develop new products, but we also look at ways to improve existing products, even our bestsellers--To make them easier to use, longer lasting and less expensive.

SOLVENT CEMENT, PRIMERS AND CLEANERS
Oatey is the industry leader and complete source for all plastic pipe solvent cements, primers and cleaners.

All cements, primers and cleaners labels are color coded for fast and easy identification including our #1 seller PVC Heavy Duty Clear (green label), Rain-R-Shine~ (Sky Blue Label) and FlowGuard GoldTM I-Step CPVC (Yellow label).

Each batch is manufactured using the finest raw materials that must comply with Oatey's rigid quality specifications. They are tested for consistency, stability, AS TM lap shear strength, weight, lid torque and date code legibility. Samples are taken from every batch and retained for two years. Cans of Oatey cement in sizes 4 oz, through 32 oz. Have special dauber applicators for fast and easy installation (available in gallon cans - 2 7/8" and 1 ¾" openings). FLUXES
Oatey offers a very complete product line of paste, water soluble, liquid, and tinning fluxes for soft solder applications. All products are continuously field tested and are carefully manufactured to precise specifications under strict quality control. We have over 80 years experience of on-the-job use that goes into every flux product. (Truly the choice of professional plumbers).

CAULKS, PUTTY,COMPOUNDS,OILS
Oatey chemical products are designed to consistently perform to the professional specifications that our customers require. The products (Tub & Tile Caulk, Ultra Clear Sealant, Silicone Sealant, Plumber's Putty, Pipe Joint Compound, Great White Pipe Joint Compound with Teflon, Pipe/Gasket Lube, Pipe Seal, Epoxy Putty, Clear Thread Cutting Oil, Dark Thread Cutting, All Purpose Leak Detector, Plumbers Hand Cleaner) are regularly field tested and the formulas are reviewed to ensure that we are putting the best possible product in our customers' hands. The manufacturing process is subject to the same demanding quality assurance procedures as our solvent cements and fluxes, to be sure that we produce the same product every time.

BOWL RINGS, BRUSHES, SAND CLOTH
These products are used by plumbers every day. Oatey uses the best materials and manufacturing techniques to produce these products so they can be taken for granted.
The Wax Bowl Rings meet all applicable standards, the brushes are made of long lasting steel, the TFE tapes are on the high end of specifications for dependable sealing, and the Knee Pads are uniquely designed for comfort.

SOLDER & LEAD PRODUCTS
Oatey solders are manufactured from 100% certified metals under careful quality assurance procedures to assure accurate alloy composition. Oatey Silver TM is specially alloyed to work like 50 Tin/50 Lead solder without exposing lead to the water system. Its patented alloy is appreciated by plumbing professionals. The lead products are made from pure lead for their specific uses.

DRAINS
Oatey/Casper's drains are the newest addition to the Oatey product offering. It's a complete line of plastic closet flanges, shower drains, general-purpose drains, roof drains, and specialty items. The parts have been carefully designed with features that make them easy to use and in great demand by knowledgeable contractors. They are built to last with high quality heavy strainers that are finished to be attractive through years of use.
